This 3/4" Vinyl Fence Notcher is a tool that is specially designed to create notches in fence rails. These notches are necessary in a vinyl fence installation to allow the rails to snap into place. This notcher can cut 0. 75" wide tabs into the rail, and it features lockable 16" lightweight aluminum handles for a more efficient experience. The fully replaceable cutting head is capable of hand-cutting through heavy-gauge rails up to 0. 135" thick.
