The Pneumatic Vinyl Fence Notcher is a great vinyl fence installation tool. It is used to cut notches into vinyl fence rails so they can securely lock into place during the installation process. This 3/4" notcher has a 1-3/16" throat and replaceable jaws capable of notching up to 0.150" thick vinyl rails. Using a tool like this increases efficiency and allows you to create clean, consistent locking tabs in the rails.
