Return Policy

Every third party product you buy from  is backed first by the product manufacturer's warranty. will warrant any defective exchange policy that provides for either repair or replacement (at our sole discretion) of merchandise that has been confirmed as defective by either the manufacturer or We reserve the right to refuse for return or charge a restocking fee for damaged or incomplete returns.

No returns will be accepted without an RMA number issued by or when the product manufacturers or distributors return policies supersede ours. An RMA number MUST be obtained within 30 days of purchase in order for it to be valid. There is a minimum 15% restocking fee on any and all returned products. See below for more specific product return policy. If a product is damaged then this fee will also apply.

Lighted Post Caps:

There is a 35% restocking fee on all Lighted Post Caps.

The customer is responsible for all shipping charges.

After we receive and inspect the post caps, we will issue you a check for the balance of the amount due.
